Ipada is provided free of charge. We do not charge users for downloading or using the app, and there are no in-app purchases.

However, any fees or payments related to transportation services (e.g., taxi fares) are handled outside the app and are not managed, processed, or facilitated by us.

3. Disclaimer of Responsibility

By using this app, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The app only facilitates the connection between users and taxi drivers.

  • The actual transportation services are entirely provided by independent drivers or taxi operators, not by Ipada.

  • You use the service at your own responsibility.

We do not guarantee the availability, safety, legality, or quality of any rides arranged using the app, and we are not liable for any issues arising during the transportation service.

We collect the following personal data when you use the app:

  • Birth date

b. Location Data

  • Real-time GPS location (used to request rides and navigation)

c. Ride History

  • Pick-up and drop-off locations

  • Trip timestamps and duration

  • Device model, operating system, IP address, app version

We do not collect payment or financial data.

5. Why We Collect Your Data

  • Enable you to request and receive rides

  • Match riders and drivers based on real-time location

  • Account data: deleted upon account closure or after 2 years of inactivity

Your data is stored within the EU/EEA. Any transfer outside the EEA is protected by GDPR-compliant safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
